Cancellation Policy for Contour Couture:

Thank you for choosing Contour Couture for your aesthetics needs. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for both our valued clients and our business operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
 

  1. Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations must be made within 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment date. Any cancellations made beyond this timeframe will be subject to the terms outlined below.

  2. Deposit Policy: Upon booking your appointment, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. For cancellations made within the 14-day timeframe, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  3. Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. This charge will be due and payable at the time of cancellation.

  4. Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or in the case of a no-show, the full payment for the scheduled treatment will be due and payable.

  5. Credit on Account: Cancellations made outside the 14-day timeframe will result in the deposit being converted into a credit on your Contour Couture account. This credit can be applied toward the balance due on any future booked treatments within a period of 6 months from the cancellation date.

  6. Pre-Paid Packages: For any pre-paid packages, if a cancellation is made within 5 days of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. This charge will be payable at the time of the rescheduled appointment.

  7. Pre-Paid Packages Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or in the case of a no-show, the full treatment cost will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.

  8. Request for Evidence: In certain cases, we may ask for evidence or documentation to support your cancellation request. This may include medical certificates, official letters, or other relevant documentation. We kindly request your cooperation in providing any necessary evidence to help us process your cancellation appropriately.

  9. Booking Procedure: To ensure accurate record-keeping and proper implementation of our cancellation policy, all bookings must be made through our online booking page. We recommend that you carefully review your appointment details before confirming your reservation.

  10. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so within the 14-day cancellation timeframe. Rescheduling within this period will not result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  11. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Any cancellations made on the day of the appointment or failure to show up for the scheduled treatment will result in the deposit being forfeited, and no credit will be issued.

  12. Enforcement Discretion: We reserve the right to use our discretion in enforcing this cancellation policy. In exceptional cases, we may consider individual circumstances and make reasonable accommodations.
